Hydrogen generation system by methanol cracking​

Hy2time is supplying methanol-cracking hydrogen generation system for a H2 production ranging from 50 to 60,000 Nm3/h (with hydrogen purity up to 99.999%). Methanol-cracking is an alternative hydrogen generation technology other than water electrolysis, for its relatively lower investment cost, operation cost and mild reaction conditions.

PSA hydrogen purification system

For various hydrogen-rich gases, such as propane dehydrogenation off-gas, polysilicon off-gas, synthetic ammonia off-gas, coke oven gas, chlor-alkali off-gas etc., Hy2time utilizes pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology to purify them to the industrial grade and fuel-cell grade hydrogen.

Hydrogen Refueling Station

Hy2time hydrogen refueling station normally consists of unloading tanks/storage columns, diaphragm compressor(s), storage
tanks or tubes, dispensers, cooling units and station management system etc. Hydrogen filled at the refueling station can be
either produced on-site (e.g., by a Hy2time electrolyzer) or shipped in by tube-trailer from a nearby hydrogen plant.
